Charlotte began volunteering with Snowdrop as a befriender and caseworker in 2017 and joined the Snowdrop team as a Senior Counsellor in May 2022, on completion of her Professional Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. Outside of work, Charlotte loves spending time outdoors in wild places; she can often be found running in the Peak District (the hillier the better), and also enjoys reading poetry.
