Rachel has been involved with the Snowdrop Project since 2012, and was instrumental in helping to set up the charity. She previously worked as Snowdrop's Local Coordinator for Sheffield and as Head of Operations. Prior to helping set up Snowdrop, Rachel worked with refugees and EU migrants, coordinating the education side of a Jobs, Education and Training programme. She is originally from the USA, but has lived in Sheffield for 16 years. She has two children, Alex and Eva. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, knitting and talking politics.
