Coming up at Snowdrop

With so much going on at Snowdrop lately, we thought we’d give you the low down on all our upcoming events and how you can get involved! From abseiling down Sheffield Hallam University’s iconic Owen building on Anti-Slavery Day, to cycling coast to coast across the UK for survivors of modern slavery, there are so many ways you can help raise vital funds and awareness for those we work with.

Millers Dale Abseil Challenge – Flash Sale

Take on an unforgettable challenge in the heart of the Peak District and help raise vital funds for survivors of modern slavery and exploitation.

This year, we’re inviting you to take the leap for freedom at our Millers Dale Abseil Day on Saturday 30th May. Join Snowdrop supporters and staff as you descend 100ft down Millers Dale Viaduct, taking on a thrilling abseil while raising awareness and vital funds for the work we do with survivors in our community.

Don't miss out on our flash sale offer of just £25 (usually £50), starting Monday 25th May

Your booking includes your abseil experience, a full safety briefing and expert support from Dolomite Training, plus a certificate to mark your achievement. You’ll also receive fundraising guidance and resources to help you reach your minimum sponsorship target of £150.

With limited places available, we recommend signing up early to secure your spot and take on a challenge that helps build a future free from modern slavery.

Become a Pledger for the Big Give Christmas Challenge

We know it’s the height of summer, but we’re already planning for this year’s Big Give Christmas Challenge!

There’s still time to be part of our most ambitious fundraiser ever by pledging a donation to Snowdrop this Christmas.

The Big Give Christmas Challenge is the UK's biggest online match funding campaign. For one week in December, your pledged donation will be doubled, so your gift has double the impact. This Christmas, we'd love to raise £20,000 for survivors of modern slavery and exploitation - but we need your help!

You can pledge anything from £100 to £5000, and you won't need to actually make your donation until the end of December. All the money raised will go towards supporting and empowering survivors of modern slavery and exploitation by providing Casework support, Counselling, Community Activities and House Renovations.

If you're interested in becoming a Pledger, please email us at fundraising@snowdropproject.co.uk and we'll share some more information!
